Full job description
We’re Growing. And Quality Is Going to Help Lead the Way.
We’re looking for a Quality Professional to join our team in Newfoundland & Labrador — and this is much more than a role focused on policies, procedures, and audits.
This is a strategic hire.
Our company is growing quickly, and as we scale, we want our commitment to quality to grow even faster.
We are already ISO 9001 certified and are actively working toward additional ISO certifications as we expand our capabilities across healthcare technology management.
Now, we’re looking for someone who wants to help us take that foundation and build something exceptional.
Quality That Enables Growth
We don't see Quality as a department that sits on the sidelines checking boxes.
We see it as a competitive advantage.
The right person will help strengthen our Quality Management System, support new certifications, improve processes, manage risk, and work directly with our team as we introduce new services and enter new markets.
Why Join Us Now?
Because we're building something unique right here in Atlantic Canada.
Our team is bringing together Biomedical Technology, Radiation & Diagnostic Imaging, Metrology, Quality, and specialized healthcare technology services into one growing organization.
As we expand, Quality will be at the centre of that growth.
You'll have an opportunity to influence how we operate, help develop new systems and certifications, work across multiple areas of the organization, and see the direct impact of what you build.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to maintain a QMS.
We're looking for someone who wants to help us build the next version of our company.
If you're passionate about Quality, energized by growth, and excited by the idea of helping build something bigger from right here in Newfoundland & Labrador, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with the right combination of education, experience, drive, and practical know-how.
Ideally, you bring:
- A degree or diploma in Quality Management, Health Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or another related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality, preferably within a regulated, technical, healthcare, or medical device environment
- Hands-on experience working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience supporting, implementing, or maintaining additional ISO certifications would be a strong asset
- Experience within the medical device or healthcare technology industry would be highly valued
- Knowledge of Health Canada requirements, applicable Safety Codes, and regulatory frameworks would be an asset
- Experience with auditing, CAPA, risk management, root-cause analysis, document control, process improvement, and continuous improvement
- Quality certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Lean, or similar credentials would be considered assets
But we also know that the best person for this role may not fit perfectly into a traditional checklist.
We value practical experience as much as formal education. If you’ve helped build, improve, or scale a Quality Management System, particularly within a growing organization, we want to hear from you.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is curious, ambitious, hands-on, and ready to grow with us.
Someone who can understand the standard, see the bigger picture, and then work with the team to turn Quality into something that makes the entire organization better.
Come build with us.
Built in Newfoundland & Labrador. Growing across Atlantic Canada. And we're only getting started.
