Full job description

We are hiring a Dental Receptionist with:

  • Minimum 2 years Canadian dental office experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong English communication skills – written and spoken (required)
  • Exceptional customer service skills – professional, calm, solutions-focused
  • High emotional intelligence – able to handle sensitive patient concerns
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow office systems well and protocols
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, check-in, and check-out patients
  • Manage phone calls and email communication
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process payments and direct billing
  • Verify insurance
  • Support treatment presentation and patient communication
  • Follow up with patients to help improve treatment acceptance
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow privacy protocols
  • Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Canadian dental office experience
  • Dental practice management software knowledge (preferably Tracker)
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly
  • Professional presentation and phone manner

Hours & Compensation:

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday & Alternating Saturdays
  • Competitive pay (based on experience)
