Job Opening: Delivery Associate (Full-Time)

Location: Mississauga, ON (and surrounding areas)

Company: Canadian Fleet

Pay: $19.00/h (Bi-weekly via direct deposit)

Schedule: 30–50 hours/week | Weekends as needed

About Us:

Canadian Fleet is a professional delivery service company, committed to reliable, safe, and timely delivery solutions across Ontario. We are growing and seeking responsible, hard-working Delivery Drivers to join our team. Delivery experience is an asset, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned company vehicles

Load and organize packages for delivery

Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses

Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery van

Follow company procedures, delivery protocols, and all road safety regulations

What We Offer

Company vehicle and fuel provided

GPS/Navigation System & Dashcam included

Competitive hourly wage: $19.00/h

Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

Paid training and on-the-job support

Requirements

Valid G-class driver’s license (or higher)

Must be 23 years or older

Minimum 3 years of driving experience

Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)

Clear criminal background check

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience driving cargo vans is an asset.

Delivery or courier experience is a plus
