  • Lead implementation of new assessment models, technologies, systems, and delivery approaches aligned with MCC strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, operational partners, vendors, and examination contributors to support program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Support coordination with examination-related committees and working groups to facilitate effective collaboration and program delivery
  • Lead and support managers and professional staff responsible for examination operations and delivery activities.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support to managers navigating complex operational and people-related issues.
