Medical Aesthetic Consultant Sales & Client Experience

Amore Skin & Wellness Center is looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Consultant to join our growing team. This is a high-performance, consultation and sales-focused role for someone who excels at building trust, creating customized treatment plans, and confidently closing high-value aesthetic programs.

As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in guiding each person through their aesthetic journey—from the initial consultation and treatment planning to follow-up and long-term retention.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations using advanced skin-analysis technology
• Listen to each client’s concerns and develop customized treatment plans based on their goals, lifestyle, budget, and desired outcomes
• Clearly explain technologies, treatment options, anticipated results, timelines, pricing, memberships, and financing solutions
• Present and confidently close treatment packages, memberships, and long-term transformation programs
• Follow up consistently with new leads, consultation clients, and existing clients to improve conversions, retention, and referrals
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, education, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with nurses, medical estheticians, physicians, and clinic leadership to support safe and successful client outcomes
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, treatment recommendations, and client communications within our CRM system
• Participate in promotional campaigns, clinic events, educational seminars, and open houses
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of three years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic sales, luxury retail, client consulting, or another high-touch sales environment
• A demonstrated track record of consultation-based selling and closing high-value programs
• Strong sales instincts, including the ability to generate opportunities, overcome objections, follow up effectively, and close confidently
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, medical-grade skincare, laser technologies, injectables, body contouring, or wellness services
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A polished, professional, and confident presence
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• A self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience with CRM or client-management software is an asset
• Flexibility to work at our Toronto and Oakville locations as required

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly wage of $25 per hour
• Opportunity to increase to as much as $30 per hour following the three-month probationary period, based on consistent sales performance, professionalism, reliability, and overall contribution to the team
