We are currently hiring a CPAP Sleep Clinician for a Permanent Full Time position to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • PROVIDING THERAPY, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT to clients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and prescribed therapy by their Physician. Equipment and Support Services are provided in clinic as well as via phone and virtual consultations.
  • Educate patients on their diagnosed condition and set up their therapy
  • Train and monitor patients on the use of their medical equipment
  • Communicate and follow up with the patients on the success of their therapy, and report to prescribing Physicians

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Respiratory Therapist, Polysomnographic Technologist, licensed or registered to practice in Manitoba
  • Previous experience in Sleep and/or Respiratory Medicine is an asset.
  • The successful candidate must be friendly, well organized, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Great amount of patience and maturity is required to provide patient education to people who may have little understanding of their diagnosis and required therapy.
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to learn fast and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required with a strong and clear command of the English Language.
  • Great telephone manner is a must.
  • The ability to speak a second language is an asset. Please indicate the second language, if any, on your resume.
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service is an asset
