Full job description

We are currently seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced specialty medical practice in the Broadway area of Saskatoon. This is a full-time position offering a consistent weekday schedule and an opportunity to work as part of a supportive, patient-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and arrive patients according to specialty-specific workflows
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Prepare and room patients for appointments
  • Clean and reset rooms between patients to maintain clinical standards
  • Support smooth daily clinic flow with attention to detail and timeliness

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a medical office setting (specialty experience preferred)
  • Certification as a Medical Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Accuro EMR, specifically with patient booking and workflow management
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
  • Canadian citizenship and valid documentation to work in Canada required
