Votre rôle

Vous serez au cœur de l’expérience patient, mais aussi directement impliqué(e) dans la croissance de la clinique.

Concrètement, vous allez :

  • Structurer et coordonner tout le parcours chirurgical
  • Créer une relation de confiance forte avec les patients
  • Les guider dans leur réflexion, répondre à leurs hésitations
  • Et surtout, les accompagner jusqu’à leur décision

Ce poste demande autant de structure que de finesse relationnelle.
Ce n’est pas seulement un rôle administratif — c’est un rôle d’influence.

Responsabilités principales

  • Prendre en charge les patients du premier contact jusqu’au suivi post-opératoire
  • Présenter les plans de traitement et expliquer les coûts de façon claire et rassurante
  • Assurer des suivis rigoureux et stratégiques avec les patients
  • Jouer un rôle actif dans la conversion des consultations en procédures
  • Gérer les paiements, dépôts et dossiers administratifs
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe médicale

Profil recherché

Nous cherchons une personne qui est à l’aise dans un rôle où relation humaine et performance vont ensemble.

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en coordination médicale, clinique ou domaine similaire
  • Expérience solide en vente/service client avec objectifs à atteindre
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer, rassurer et convaincre avec professionnalisme
  • À l’aise de parler d’argent et de conclure avec tact
  • Sens de l’organisation élevé et bonne gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à performer dans un environnement rapide
  • Bilingue français / anglais (obligatoire)

Atouts

  • Expérience en chirurgie esthétique ou domaine médical
  • Expérience en vente consultative (closing, suivi, conversion)

Your Role

You will be at the center of both the patient experience and the clinic’s growth.

This means you will:

  • Coordinate the full surgical journey
  • Build strong relationships with patients
  • Guide them through their questions and hesitations
  • And most importantly, help them move forward with their decision

This is not just an administrative role — it is a high-impact, patient-facing and performance-driven position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide patients from first consultation to post-operative follow-ups
  • Present treatment plans and explain pricing clearly
  • Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups
  • Play an active role in converting consultations into booked procedures
  • Manage payments, deposits, and patient files
  • Collaborate closely with the medical team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical/clinical coordination role
  • Strong sales experience with a proven ability to convert
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and closing decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)

  • Experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery
