Reports to: Khatiza Bi Bi, Owner & Clinic Director

About the Role

Bebe Therapy is a boutique virtual psychotherapy and assessment clinic focused on delivering accessible, high-quality mental health care, with a growing specialization in ADHD assessment and support.

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician interested in working at the intersection of therapy and ADHD assessment support, in collaboration with a network of psychiatrists.

You will play a key role in preparing and supporting clients through a structured ADHD assessment process. This includes guiding clients through intake, gathering clinical information, and participating in assessment sessions alongside a psychiatrist. Training and onboarding will be provided, but prior experience working with ADHD is important.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 15-minute consultations to assess client fit and guide them through next steps.
  • Support clients through a structured ADHD assessment process alongside a psychiatrist, including intake, history gathering, and clinical documentation.
  • Prepare clients for assessment sessions and ensure all required information is collected in advance.
  • Participate in virtual assessment sessions alongside a psychiatrist, supporting the process and ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Provide 1:1 virtual therapy sessions for clients experiencing ADHD and related mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, burnout, depression).
  • Follow up with clients after assessments to support understanding, next steps, and ongoing care.
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, consent forms, and care coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Professional liability insurance (active coverage).
  • Availability for part-time hours (15–20 session hours per week), including evenings (4–8 PM EST) with optional weekends.
  • At least one year of experience providing virtual 1:1 therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience working with clients with ADHD
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to conduct risk assessments (suicide risk, homicide risk, intimate partner violence).
  • Comfort working in a collaborative care model alongside psychiatrists.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Awareness of and commitment to measurement-based care.

Why Join Bebe Therapy

  • Fully remote.
  • Opportunity to work within a structured ADHD-focused care model in collaboration with psychiatry.
  • Training provided in ADHD assessment support and care pathways.
  • Supportive environment with a team that values clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Opportunity to expand your clinical skill set beyond traditional therapy.
  • Annual learning and development budget to support your professional growth.
