Receptionist – Full TimeThornton Animal Clinic – Privately Owned Veterinary Practice

Are you passionate about animals and excellent customer service? Thornton Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team!

About Us: We’re a privately owned, community-focused veterinary clinic committed to providing high-quality care for pets and compassionate service for our clients. As a valued member of our veterinary team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders
  • Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
  • Support the veterinary team with communication and organization
  • Handle general administrative tasks and maintain a clean reception area
  • Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is an asset
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
  • A compassionate, calm, and customer-focused attitude
  • Availability for full-time hours, including some closing evenings
