Total Wrapture Medi Spa is an established, award-winning medical aesthetics and spa clinic located in Winnipeg’s St. James area. We provide advanced medical esthetic treatments alongside essential spa services, and we are seeking a professional, reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

This role is critical to the client experience and requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage a fast-paced front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately
  • Process payments and handle client transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Use booking and point-of-sale software (training provided)
  • Assist with weekly errands as required using a reliable personal vehicle

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
  • Availability for evenings and weekends is required
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
