Full job description

InBalance Chiropractic is a fun, fast-paced, chiropractic clinic that provides patients with top-notch chiropractic care and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat, and health-conscious individual to join our team of Chiropractic Assistants (CA's).

Chiropractic Assistant Description:

CA's provide our patients with exceptional customer service while scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining the flow of the clinic. CA's proficiently communicate with our Doctors, manage paper flow, follow cleaning and sanitizing protocols, complete data entry tasks, answer phone calls and e-mails, and contribute to the overall success of our busy clinic.

The successful applicant must possess strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills. Being able to work diligently under pressure is something our team excels at and is something that we look for in future team members. Our goal is to hire an individual who is seeking long-term employment that can grow alongside our team.

Qualifications:

  • A willingness to learn and grow within the clinic
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Relevant medical office experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with Atlas clinic software is considered an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Shift: Varied shifts, including days, evenings (until 7:00pm), and Saturdays until 4pm.
