Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our Denture Clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a professional manner, and assisting the Denturist in the room.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures, sanitizing rooms and sterilizing equipment

-take patient payments and file insurance claims electronically
- Keep inventory of stock

Requirements
- Work experience as a Dental/Medical Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

This position may also require familiarity with QuickBooks, phone systems, proofreading skills, customer support experience, or background as a Dental or Medical Receptionist or Assistant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
