Full job description

We are looking for a professional, courteous, experienced Medical Office Administrator for a medical office of specialists. Responsibilities include checking in patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, interacting with patients, assisting doctors. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and who has great communication skills and can work collaboratively with the entire office. Bilingualism and experience with medical office work are assets. We offer competitive high wages, bonuses and health benefits for full time employees.

We have 2 clinics, one in the West end (Bayshore Neurology) and one in Centretown (Booth Neurology). There are openings at both location.
