About Us

We are an independent, Nurse Practitioner–led health clinic offering a patient-centered, relationship-based approach to care. Our model integrates traditional medical practice with a holistic, preventative philosophy, allowing time, education, and individualized care that is often missing in conventional healthcare settings.

We are not a walk-in clinic. We are not high-volume.
We are intentional, thoughtful, and deeply patient-focused.

We are currently seeking a Patient Relations & Clinic Ambassador to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic.

Job Overview
The Patient Relations & Clinic Ambassador is a front-facing, patient-centered role responsible for delivering an exceptional clinic experience from first contact to follow-up. This individual serves as both patient educator and clinic administrator, confidently explaining our unique care model while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in patient-facing environments, values clear communication, and feels aligned with a holistic, integrative approach to healthcare.

Duties

  • Patient Relations & Education
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients (in-person, phone, email)

Clinic Ambassador & Brand Representation

  • Represent the clinic’s philosophy, values, and standard of care in every interaction
  • Create a welcoming, calm, and professional clinic environment
  • Act as a trusted guide for patients who may be new or unfamiliar with private or integrative care
  • Proactively address patient questions, concerns, or hesitation with compassion and confidence

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage scheduling and patient flow
  • Handle payments, invoicing, and receipts
  • Coordinate intake forms, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Support electronic medical record (ACCURO EMR) workflows as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all time

Educate patients on:

  • Our NP-led care model
  • Private healthcare services and fees
  • The integration of holistic and traditional medicine
  • Set clear expectations prior to appointments to support a smooth care experience
  • Respond to patient inquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a patient-facing administrative, medical, or client experience role
  • Experience in a private medical clinic, integrative/holistic clinic, dental clinic, or wellness setting is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Comfort discussing clinic policies, fees, and care models clearly and respectfully

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in holistic, integrative, or preventative healthcare
  • Confidence explaining a non-traditional healthcare model
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in a clinical setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with clinical staff
  • Commitment to patient privacy, ethical conduct, and clinic values

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Enjoys educating and guiding people
  • Values meaningful patient relationships over volume
  • Is confident yet empathetic when addressing questions about private care
  • Wants to be part of a clinic that prioritizes quality, time, and individualized attention
  • Sees themselves as aculture carrier, not just an administrator

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing, values-driven clinic
  • Work in a calm, supportive, and respectful environment
  • Play a meaningful role in reshaping how patients experience healthcare in Ontario
  • Opportunity to grow with the clinic and expand responsibilities over time
