Client Care Coordinator – Medical Aesthetics

GTA – Full time

Sol Skin Spa is looking for a highly organized, driven, and sales-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking someone who can take ownership of the client experience, clinic organization, sales performance, and daily operations in a fast-paced luxury medical aesthetics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting clinic revenue growth and consistently working toward monthly sales targets
  • Driving revenue through treatment bookings, package sales, skincare recommendations, and retail sales
  • Creating an exceptional client experience as the first point of contact
  • Maintaining clinic appearance, organization, and daily operational flow
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Following up with clients to maximize rebooking and schedule optimization
  • Managing Google reviews and online reputation management
  • Confirming next-day appointments and maintaining smooth communication with clients
  • Assisting with device room readiness and overall clinic operations
  • Working closely with providers and management to maintain high operational and client care standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness
  • Familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments, skincare lines, and client consultations
  • Comfortable with sales targets, revenue goals, retail sales, and upselling
  • Confident building long-term client relationships and client retention
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Driver’s license is considered an asset

We are looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, leads by example, and helps elevate both the client experience and overall clinic performance.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
