About PADRA Clinic

PADRA Clinic is a leading provider of hair restoration and aesthetic treatments, backed by over 26 years of clinical experience and more than 1 million clients. We are expanding our Toronto Hair Transplant Team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us.

Previous hair transplant experience is preferred but NOT required. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with hair transplant procedures and patient preparation
  • Prepare, sort, count, handle, and preserve hair grafts
  • Support graft placement and implantation procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and sterile fields
  • Monitor patient comfort and assist with post-procedure care
  • Maintain accurate graft counts and procedure documentation
  • Follow all sterilization, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols
  • Work closely with physicians and the clinical team

Requirements

  • Must be a Canadian citizen
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
  • Comfortable working directly with patients
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Willing to complete PADRA Clinic’s paid training program

Preferred — Not Required

  • Previous hair transplant or hair restoration experience
  • Experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or clinical environment
  • Familiarity with FUE/Sapphire FUE procedures
  • Medical, nursing, aesthetic, surgical/OT, or related healthcare background
