Notre clinique esthétique spécialisée en chirurgie offre des soins de haute qualité dans un environnement professionnel, humain et axé sur l’expérience patient. Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) rigoureux(se), empathique et orienté(e) service pour assurer le suivi préopératoire et postopératoire de notre clientèle.
Description du poste
Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable d’assurer le suivi complet des patients avant et après leurs interventions chirurgicales, qu’elles soient mineures ou majeures, en clinique privée ou en collaboration avec le réseau public.
Responsabilités principales
- Effectuer les suivis préopératoires et postopératoires des patients
- Effectuer les suivis et répondre aux patients durant le week-end (rotation avec équipe)
- Contacter les patients dans les 24 heures suivant leur chirurgie afin d’évaluer leur état (douleur, fièvre, complications, etc.)
- Répondre aux courriels et assurer une communication rapide et professionnelle avec la clientèle
- Collaborer avec les CLSC et autres intervenants du réseau de la santé
- Effectuer les changements de pansements (notamment 7 jours postopératoires)
- Remplacer les drains et assurer leur suivi
- Ajuster ou remplacer les gaines postopératoires selon les besoins
- Assurer une documentation rigoureuse des suivis patients
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, empreint d’empathie et de professionnalisme
Exigences
- Membre de l’OIIQ (infirmier(ère) autorisé(e)) OU Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en soins infirmiers, assistance et soins infirmiers (infirmier(ère) auxiliaire)
- Les nouveaux diplômés sont les bienvenus
- Excellentes compétences en communication (français et anglais)
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie
- Empathie, patience et approche centrée sur le patient
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en santé, assistance et soins infirmiers (infirmier(ère) auxiliaire

About Us
Our aesthetic surgery clinic is dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a professional and patient-centered environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and service-driven nurse to oversee preoperative and postoperative patient care.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing patient follow-ups before and after surgical procedures, ranging from minor to major surgeries, within both private and public healthcare contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient follow-ups
- Conduct follow-ups and respond to patients during weekends (on a rotating basis with the team)
- Call patients within 24 hours after surgery to assess their condition (pain, fever, complications, etc.)
- Respond to emails and ensure timely, professional communication with patients
- Coordinate with CLSCs and other healthcare providers
- Perform dressing changes (including 7-day postoperative care)
- Manage and change surgical drains
- Adjust or replace postoperative compression garments as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Deliver outstanding patient care with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Licensed nurse and member of OIIQ OR Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Health, Assistance and Nursing (Licensed Practical Nurse equivalent)
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Empathy, patience, and strong patient-care approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a medical, surgical, or aesthetic clinic
- Experience in postoperative care
