We are seeking a Collection Technician become an important member of the on-site team. This position plays an important role in the overall success of the organization and requires professionalism, accuracy, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility in working hours.

The primary focus of the Collection Technician would be to work independently on various office administrative duties and other duties as assigned by management. You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Clinic Team Lead and Regional Manager.

The primary focus of the Medical Review Officer Assistant is to assist the Medical Review Officer (MRO) by performing the administrative tasks associated with the medical review officer's job duties. They are responsible for organizing and reviewing all the paperwork associated with Alcohol and Drug Testing. This position plays an important role in the department and as a member of the team, your contribution ensures that the department runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the MRO department Team Lead.

Health and Safety

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months experience in the medical field would be preferred;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information in accordance with privacy requirements;
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems;
• Ability to interpret and follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements;
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
• Experience reviewing testing documentation and laboratory reports is considered an asset;
• Knowledge of drug and alcohol testing processes is considered an asset;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with clients, physicians, laboratories, and internal stakeholders;
