- Develop and curate engaging social media content to promote our services and educate clients about skincare.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Manage aesthetic inventory and product ordering.
As an Ophthalmic Technician (Part-Time):
- Perform initial patient workups, including gathering detailed medical histories and checking vision
- Operate specialized ophthalmic diagnostic equipment (e.g., OCT, visual fields, topography, tonopen and autorefractors).
- Administer diagnostic eye drops as directed by the physician.
- Accurately document patient encounters and exam findings within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Accuro
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate ophthalmic instruments and exam rooms.
Cross-Functional & Surgical Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing, professional, and positive experience for every patient.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment across both the aesthetic and clinical sides of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or certificate in Medical Aesthetics from an accredited program.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic setting is an asset but not required
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of advanced skincare procedures (IPL, chemical peels, RF)
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to build quick rapport, trust, and comfort with a diverse patient base.
- Mindset: Business-minded with a proactive approach to client retention and practice growth. Ability to pivot seamlessly between clinical ophthalmic duties and aesthetic services.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced medical environment.
We Offer:
- Competitive compensation and commission structure
- Paid vacation
