Alta Dental Studio, privately owned is on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Dental Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team as our clinic is expanding and adding to our team! We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and bring strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. A minimum of 1 years of front office dental experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment coordination
  • Insurance verification and coordination
  • Scheduling appointments for both doctors and hygienists
  • Payment processing and collections
  • Insurance Account Receivables
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 1 years of dental front office experience
  • Experience with dental management software. Cleardent preferred
  • *Mandarin and Cantonese language an asset although not required.*
