Men’s Care Clinics is a high-end men's health clinic dedicated to enhancing male confidence through advanced shockwave technology and injectable treatments. We provide expert care in a discreet, welcoming environment, with a strong focus on the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Part of a rapidly expanding brand of clinics across Ontario, we are quickly expanding and looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, professional Patient Care Technician to join this brand new location and grow together to the full potential.

Daily Responsibilities – Clinical:

  • Performing Urology Shockwave treatments and hair restoration treatments
  • Assessing patient condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to patient concerns.
  • Organizing and sanitizing the clinic in preparation for treatments
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
  • Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms.
  • Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments
  • Handle admin tasks including phone responsibilities, managing client files, conducting follow-up calls.
  • Performing venipuncture and collecting blood specimens in accordance with clinic protocols (if applicable).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with treating male genitalia (Urology)
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
  • Medical care background and experience
  • Ability to sell and upsell treatments and products
  • Languages - English fluent
  • This position is for male candidates only.
  • Phlebotomy Certificate (preferred) with experience in venipuncture and blood specimen collection.

Daily Responsibilities – Sales:

  • Provide detailed explanations of services and treatment benefits
  • Build patient trust and upsell appropriate products and packages
  • Follow up with patients to encourage treatment plan adherence and rebooking
  • Maintain monthly sales targets and participate in incentive programs
  • Track and report sales performance metrics
