Full job description

A role at the centre of something meaningful

This is not a traditional clinical leadership role. It is an opportunity to help reshape the way we view therapy, one that honours both evidence based practice and the lived human experience.

At The Practice, we believe there are many ways to process, heal and become the best version of yourself. Some people need emotional processing, some need coaching and others need to tap into their subconscious and learn how to shift their energy. This role exists to offer all of those pathways together into one cohesive, flexible space that meets the clients needs where they are in their life.

Why The Practice

We are building something people feel the moment they walk in. A space that is elevated, connected, and deeply human. The Practice is a place where growth is not confined to one modality or one way of being. It is meant to help every person become the version of themselves that embodies meaning, purpose and joy.

This is a place where people can explore what they need, when they need it and feel supported in doing so. From deep emotional pain processing to finding happiness and confidence in all areas of their life. We will be able to hold whatever process they are in and guide them through their next steps.

This role is central to that vision. You will help define what modern wellness can look like when it is deep, grounded, inspiring and expansive.

  • Be the lead practicing multi-modality practitioner
  • Works closely with the CEO to design, develop, and evolve non-medical therapeutic and mindset oriented programs that are unique to The Practice

  • Serves as the internal expert on therapy billing, insurance, and benefits: advising staff and clients as needed
  • Ensures all clinical processes align with professional and regulatory norms in the therapy and wellness space
  • Collaborates with the Director of Movement, Sound and Breathwork to identify cross-modality opportunities
  • Works with Director of Events, Marketing and Partnership on how clinical offerings are packaged and communicated externally
  • Reports directly to the CEO
  • Attends weekly team meeting to help drive overall growth, values and development of the Practice.
  • Is an integral part of the overall leadership team at the Practice
