Full job description

Clinic Manager | Calgary, AB

$80,000–$85,000 + Bonus | Full-Time

A leadership opportunity for someone who knows what makes a great clinic run.

A well-established dental clinic in Calgary is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to take the lead on the day-to-day operations of the practice.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person the team can rely on — someone who can bring organization to a busy environment, build strong relationships with their team, and make sure patients receive the level of care and service they deserve.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the clinic, from developing your team and improving processes to supporting the overall success of the practice.

What does the day-to-day look like?

No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll be the go-to person for both the team and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

You’ll oversee scheduling and workflow, support and develop your administrative team, and help ensure the clinic is operating efficiently. You’ll also be involved in hiring and onboarding, staff scheduling, timesheets, budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and other HR and administrative responsibilities.

Just as importantly, you’ll help set the tone for the clinic. Whether that means welcoming patients, supporting a team member through a challenge, helping resolve a patient concern, or finding a better way to do something, your leadership will be felt throughout the practice.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support marketing initiatives, introduce and train the team on clinic systems and software, and work alongside the clinic leadership to continue improving the practice.

We’re looking for someone who...

Has at least 3 years of experience in a dental clinic, along with 2+ years in a leadership role.

You understand the ins and outs of dental billing and insurance, are comfortable working with technology and Microsoft Office, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

More than anything, we’re looking for a leader who is:

Organized. You can keep a lot of moving pieces on track without losing sight of the details.

People-focused. You know that a successful clinic starts with a supported and engaged team.

Solutions-oriented. When something isn't working, you look for a way to make it better.

Approachable. Your team knows they can come to you, and patients feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

Driven. You’re excited by the opportunity to develop people, improve processes, and make a meaningful impact on the practice.

What’s in it for you?

$80,000–$85,000 annual salary + bonus structure

You’ll also have access to ongoing learning and development and opportunities for career growth.

This is more than a role focused on keeping the clinic running. It’s an opportunity to lead a team, shape the culture, and help create a clinic you can be proud of.

Interested?

If you’re an experienced dental professional with a passion for leadership and are ready for your next challenge, we’d love to connect with you.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
