Full job description

Family Braces is looking for an experienced retail or hospitality manager to provide hands-on leadership and support to our clinic team.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring the team is working effectively, responsibilities are being completed, expectations are being met, and a positive and professional clinic culture is maintained.
This is a working manager position. You will lead both the front and back clinic teams while also stepping in to support our patients when needed.
What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the entire clinic team
  • Ensure daily responsibilities, workflows, and clinic expectations are being met
  • Keep the team organized, focused, and productive throughout the day
  • Coach employees and provide clear, consistent feedback
  • Address performance, professionalism, communication, and workplace concerns promptly
  • Maintain a respectful, professional, and positive clinic culture
  • Support an exceptional patient experience and assist with resolving patient concerns
  • Escalate larger employee or operational matters to the Operations Manager

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous management experience in retail or hospitality is required
  • Experience supervising and coaching customer-facing teams
  • Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult conversations
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to step in wherever needed
