Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our clinic for a Part Time Position.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of medical clinic and excellent communication skills to assist patients effectively and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
  • Collect patient information, medical records, and medical histories accurately
  • Provide education and set up on medical device
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Issue invoice and submit government subsidy program document
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
  • Support inventory management by restocking supplies and medications as needed
  • Handle book-keeping and invoices

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Able to work on Saturday

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
