We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Collect patient information and update medical records accurately

  • Administer medications as directed by physicians, following proper protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in compliance with health standards
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage correspondence

  • Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring safety and accuracy

Qualifications
