About us

Spring Creek Medical Centre is family medical clinic Calgary SW , AB, T3H 6E2 .

```Duties```Previous MOA Experience with MOA certification mandatory.

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

- Verify insurance information and process patient payments

- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

```Experience```

- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is important.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as AVA EMR or other systems

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of office administrative procedures
