About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

  • welcome customer to the dealership and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
  • direct customers to the proper department and/or dealership facilities
  • obtain basic information about customers, using a computer system
  • maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers
  • administration duties as required

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • a proven commitment to quality of work
