Niagara Dermatology Centre is a busy, friendly, patient‑focused dermatology practice — the perfect environment for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and a genuine interest in skin health and skincare.

We are looking for a high‑energy, highly motivated self‑starter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced medical setting, enjoys helping patients, and is excited to learn about dermatology and professional skincare products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
  • Assist with patient flow in a busy medical dermatology environment
  • Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations
  • Support front desk operations including scheduling, check‑in, and check‑out
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
