Full job description

  • Greeting patients and booking appointments which includes immigration medical clients through the phone and in-person in EMR
  • working with 2 doctors in the clinic
  • ability to multitask and work as a team member.
  • Using EMR for booking appointments with relevant doctor, scanning, faxing, adding documents, adding specialists, and process referral requests.
  • Triaging the patient over the phone
  • directing patients to exam rooms.
  • able to conduct weight, height, Blood pressure, urine dipstick etc. and record those readings on EMR.
  • Cleaning and maintaining all work areas, ensuring they are sanitized and organized.
  • Other admin and clinical tasks as assigned or delegated by doctors.

Work Location: In person.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
