Join an exciting new Asian-inspired cannabis brand

We are seeking a motivated, commercially driven Cannabis Sales Representative to help grow a distinctive new Asian-inspired cannabis brand. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on cannabis retail experience—such as a Budtender or Store Manager—who is ready to take the next step into a field sales position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and maintain strong relationships with cannabis retail accounts and store teams.

· Drive sales growth by increasing brand awareness, product visibility, and sell-through at retail.

· Conduct regular store visits to support accounts and strengthen in-market execution.

· Educate Budtenders and retail staff on products, features, and brand positioning.

· Identify new business opportunities and support distribution growth across retail accounts.

· Share market feedback, consumer insights, and competitor activity with internal teams.

· Represent the brand professionally at events, activations, and industry functions where applicable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Previous experience in the cannabis industry is required.

· Experience as a Budtender, Keyholder, or Store Manager is strongly preferred.

· Previous sales experience is an asset, especially in cannabis, retail, or consumer products.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Passionate about cannabis, highly motivated, and eager to help grow a new brand in market.

· Commercially focused with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.

· Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field.

· Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation may be required.
