We are seeking an experienced & dynamic Territory Sales Manager focused on delivering results in a competitive environment. Responsibilities include driving sales, building & maintaining relationships with retail clients and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role involves presenting products & information, negotiating business opportunities, securing strong retail relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals & objectives

Promote & sell cannabis products to retailers

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to new & existing clients

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Flourishes while working independently or with a team and always brings an eagerness to learn.

Provide excellent client service and timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor products

Identify potential sales & market opportunities

Understands brands & brand standards

Is an effective communicator who can participate in design conversations with the team, partners, and clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions & transactions

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary events

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
