YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and non-combustible brand families, retail support, and engagement programs. You will directly contact owners, managers, and operational personnel to build engagement with RBH products.
  • Responsible for handling and accomplishing all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities, and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, running an assigned territory budget with set parameters.
  • Work on the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision.
  • Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network, which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free product.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education

  • University degree or equivalent experience, or a College Diploma in Business or a related field

Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales

Skills

  • Dynamic and collaborative individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and phenomenal at building and sustaining relationships.
  • A clean driver’s abstract is required, as a company vehicle will be provided.
  • Previous CPG experience is regarded as a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
