Job Summary

Sexy Living, a leading Canadian distributor in the Sexual Wellness industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our company’s market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a passion for business growth.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored strategies, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to support sustained success.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market share.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on projects related to new product launches and market expansion efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital tools relevant to business growth.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management principles to enhance client engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute meaningfully to Sexy Living’s expansion while developing their career in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Pay: $85,000–$110,000 OTE per year, consisting of base salary plus performance-based commission.

Role requires Approximately 20%–30% travel. This includes visiting customers across Canada as well as attending trade shows in Canada and US as required.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
