JOIN OUR TEAM!

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Recruiting and developing strong relationships with physicians and medical clinics through in-person visits, education, communication materials and social networking.

This is a FIELD role - you will be out in the field meeting and greeting with physicians and their teams.

Duties include:

  • Recruit new physicians as referral partners
  • Educate physicians and associated clinic staff on the importance of home sleep apnea testing and CPAP therapy
  • Organize meetings, presentations, events in order to maximize new referrals
  • Collaborate with others in the organization to develop and implement communication materials related to the recruitment of physicians and of patients
  • Develop close relationships with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the referral process; attend meetings as required
  • Guide external referring office MOAs on the usage of Mainland Sleep Referral forms
  • Report on accountability data related to physician recruitment and patient referrals
  • Manage social networking accounts

Requirements of this role:

  • Autonomy: high degree of independence to drive for successful results
  • Motivated self-starter and finisher
  • Trust worthy and able to take direction for learning purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products / Canva
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all interaction with physicians and healthcare professionals and provide them to the VP, Quality and Communication on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Increase patient referrals for Level III studies to achieve targets set out by the CEO

Accountabilities of this role:

  • Create and maintain accurate records of all interaction with physicians and healthcare professionals and provide them to the VP, Quality and Communications on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Increase patient referrals for Level III Sleep studies
  • Increase physician referral pool
  • Lead and contribute to the bi-monthly newsletter
  • Lead and contribute to monthly social networking strategies
  • Prepare a quarterly strategic plan
  • Prepare and lead organizational education activities

Required credentials and experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of previous marketing and sales experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • Valid BC Drivers License

Wage will be dependent upon experience.

Bonus structure of up to $50,000/year when meeting certain KPI‘S.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
