Client Success Manager

Role Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting XpertDox clients by delivering the highest level of service across all phases of the client relationship. This role emphasizes building strong, long-term partnerships, supporting clients’ revenue cycle objectives, and ensuring measurable ROI from XpertDox solutions. The CSM proactively identifies and addresses client questions and issues, coordinates timely, effective resolutions and serves as a trusted client advocate. In this capacity, the CSM acts as a key liaison between clients and XpertDox technical teams, ensuring solutions align with client needs while adhering to XpertDox methodologies and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and feedback collection.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, issues, and concerns.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, bugs, or blockers that may impact customer workflows.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track issues through to closure, ensuring clear communication and effective outcomes.
• Share client insights, performance metrics, and feedback with internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
• Document all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Healthcare experience (required)
• 3 to 5 years in customer or Client Success (required)
• Understanding of medical billing, coding, and or RCM workflows (preferred)
• Knowledge and or experience with medical EHR systems such as Epic, eCW, Athena (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency with a minimum C1 level certification (required)
• Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRMs and success tools such as Salesforce
• Understanding of medical billing, coding, and or RCM workflows
• Knowledge and or experience with medical EHR systems such as Epic, eCW, Athena
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills

Salary

• $45,000 to $65,000 per year
