Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role involves managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with office software, and a professional demeanor. Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff or medical/dental offices
  • Support bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping, including invoicing and billing processes
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing correspondence
