Dental Administrator – Join Our Growing Team at Concept Dentistry!

Concept Dentistry is a locally owned and operated dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community. As we continue to grow after our renovation, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Administrator to join our dental family! This is a blended position that includes both reception and treatment coordination responsibilities. Experience with Tracker software is a strong asset.

Schedule

  • Mondays: 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Tuesdays: 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 11:00AM-7:00PM
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1 off a month)
  • 1 Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • When you work Saturday, you get the following Monday off!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Manage electronic medical records and maintain patient files
  • Verify insurance details and process payments
  • Assist with billing, coding, and treatment coordination
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Completion of a Dental Administration or Dental Assisting course
  • Proficient with office technology (computers, printers, phone systems)
  • Experience with Tracker software (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude with a focus on patient care
