Full job description

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $20.00/hr
Workplace address: 9501 Hwy 50 Vaughan, ON L4H 2B9

You will be required to:
- Creating Short Pro’s
- Using KOFAX
- Updating “Drive” for Tendered shipments
- Auditing customer bills for any DG discrepancies, requires to be knowledgeable in TDG
- Answering to emails (both internal/external customers)
- Float coverage for our PM Express Dispatch clerk
Do you fit the job profile?
- Previous Transportation experience is preferred
- Previous Billing experience is a must
- Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
