Job Overview:

We are looking for an eager, motivated and cheerful individual to join our expanding team as a Dental Receptionist. This candidate has the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered office.

Our dental team is made up of 3 Dentists, 5 Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants and 4 Administrative staff members. We provide services for all ages in preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Relations:

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to confirm upcoming visits or treatment plans.

2. Administrative Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Process payments
  • Electronically send and receive claims to insurance companies regarding treatments
  • Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail, e-mail or fax

3. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A positive attitude

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
