Alliance Eye Doctors provides quality eye care for patients in Saskatoon, Regina, and the surrounding areas of Saskatchewan. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team in Saskatoon as a full-time associate.

Our optometric assistants create complete customer experiences from booking the appointments over the phone to checking patients in, processing insurance billing, and conducting preliminary testing using specialized equipment. If you are a natural multi-tasker, enjoy working in a dynamic team, and thrive on learning continuously, this is a perfect opportunity for you to build a rewarding career. Previous medical office experience is an asset, but extensive training will be provided for all industry-specific skills. Ideal candidate will have:

  • extensive customer service experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • confidence to work with new technologies and basic office equipment
  • willingness to learn and obtain new skills quickly
  • utmost attention to detail
  • flexible availability

Work hours include Saturday 9AM to 6PM, with one evenings (until 8pm) during the week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
