Full job description

We are a medical clinic seeking a qualified, motivated, friendly individual to become part of our team, who will assist with reception and office administrative/MOA duties.

THIS IS A LONG TERM PERMANENT POSITION FOR +-32 HOURS A WEEK. THIS IS NOT A SUMMER POSITION ONLY.

Qualifications and abilities:

 MOA qualification and experience with Med Access/Accuro required

 FLUENT in English

 Excellent interpersonal communication skills

 Ability to multitask

 Must be able to work as part of a team

 Reliable and punctual

 Detail orientated

 Excellent time management skills

 Strong awareness of issues of confidentiality

 Must be able to work with minimum supervision

 Very good computer skills and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Patient reception and answering of phone calls

 Making appointments and rescheduling appointments

 Management of multiple doctor schedules and tracking of consultations

 Faxing, scanning, maintenance of electronic filing and data entry

 Assistance to physicians as required

References will be required. Please include at least 2 references in your resume.

A Criminal Record Check may be required.

First two months of employment will be considered as training and paid at $16/hr.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
