**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist who may be cross trained in Dental Assistant (occasionally) or Steri Bay to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk duties and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dental office environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly

- Maintain electronic medical records accurately

- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out procedures

- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems

- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting

- Strong office administration skills

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in AbelDent software preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
