What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist patients with a smile, making them feel at home.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient records with care.
  • Answer calls, coordinate with team members, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Handle payments, insurance verification, billing, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, engaging clinic atmosphere where growth is encouraged.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a dental reception role.
  • Dental Assistant qualification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management Tracker Software s highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly attitude and dedication to patient care.
  • Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office environment,
  • Wage depends on experience
