Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, efficient, and energetic physiotherapist and administrative assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a compassionate approach, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure patients receive top-quality treatment and administrative support is handled seamlessly. Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized physiotherapy treatments to patients, focusing on recovery, mobility, and pain management with a caring and attentive approach
  • Assist with patient assessments, documenting progress and updating treatment plans in accordance with medical protocols
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing billing or insurance documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike
  • Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment plans, exercises, and recovery processes to foster motivation and understanding
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth clinic operations
  • Stay informed about current physiotherapy practices, medical terminology, and hospital or acute care procedures to enhance service quality

Skills

  • Strong background in patient care with a compassionate and energetic demeanor
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and general healthcare
