    • Vancouver only: 1–2 evening shifts per week until 8:00 PM.
    • 2 weeks paid vacation to start.
    • Assisting with diagnostic and medical procedures.
    • In-person observations are approximately 2 hours in length (not including travel), and compensation is $120 per observation.
    • Experience with EMRs or medical documentation is considered an asset.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts during operating hours is preferred.
    • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
    • Prior experience in medical offices or optical settings is highly valued.

Job Description:

Medical office assistant - Unit Clerk will work in a team environment. Will be responsible for but not limited to, performing ECG's, assisting in putting on Holter monitors, 24 BP's, booking appointments for patients, answering phone calls, making patient charts in EMR., sign and direct any deliveries, opening and closing clinic Any other duties deemed necessary by the Clinic management This position requires multiple thinking in fast paced environment
