Full job description

We are looking for an extraordinary, friendly, experienced MOA to join our congenial team at our very busy pediatric clinic to cover a 1-year maternity leave. We offer a great working atmosphere, competitive wage, medical/dental benefits, and cookies!

Your qualifications must have at least 2-years of MOA experience in a medical office. You must be able to work in a team environment in a very busy and fast paced office, able to multi-task and to take direction. Experience with QHR - Accuro an asset. You must LOVE children.

Duties will include a combination of(but are not limited to), Greeting and registering patients, answering phones/phoning patients, booking appointments, scanning, doing intra-office messages, doing vitals on patients, rooming patients, schedule changes for physicians. Along with other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
