What are your contributions to the team?


  • Carry out the work transfer not completed at the following post, using a follower sheet.
  • Build the transfer document, take the photocopies, and insert them in the appropriate documents.
  • Collection and entry Data.
  • Work in partnership with production employees to monitor fixes.
  • Carry out the audits of the documents in accordance with the established procedures.
  • Archive documents

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • D.E.P. Secretarial
    OR
    D.E.P. Accounting
    OR
    Office Technology
    OR
    DES in Documentation/Records Management (an asset)
    OR
    Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in records management, office administration, or administrative support.
    AND
    Successfully pass an intermediate-level computer skills assessment (Microsoft Office Suite).
