Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, luxury client care, and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience, strong treatment knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and body treatments
  • Conduct personalized skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare products, treatment protocols, and post-care recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client safety
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and retention
  • Support clinic sales goals through skincare recommendations and treatment packages
  • Collaborate closely with providers and clinic leadership to deliver a luxury client experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics or luxury spa environment
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, laser technologies, and advanced aesthetic treatments
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and patient care
  • Experience with medical-grade skincare brands and consultation-based sales
