Do you want to approach it from a holistic perspective? We are looking for a Medical Aesthetician / Skincare Sales Specialist to join our team in a dynamic role.

NEA Medical Aesthetic Clinic is a medical aesthetic clinic that will provide an extensive range of aesthetic treatment options and medical aesthetics. Our trendy, yet cozy atmosphere strives to provide a high standard of service, and unmatched client care. We work on developing trust and an authentic relationship with our clients to ensure their experience is truly unique. We take a holistic approach to skin care, by incorporating the fundamentals of nutrition into the treatment plans.

We are looking for professional team players with good time management skills, knowledge in advanced skin care and advanced facial treatments. Must be willing to learn new techniques and be a part of an exciting new spa concept.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Microneedling
• Advanced Facials/Facial Extractions
• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Laser Treatment certification, preferable Fotona
• Understanding of Botox and Injectable Fillers (will be injected by phyisician)
• Treating hyper-pigmentation, melasma, acne, acne scarring and other skin conditions
• Knowledge and understanding of ZO Skincare
• Perform in-depth patient evaluation to advise on best treatment
• Able to assess, analyze the skin and create appropriate treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on treatment specifics, products, after-care protocol and maintenance
• Body Contouring and Muscle Sculpting

Principle Duties:

• Conduct client consultations prior to treatments, set realistic expectations for the client
• Contribute to safe and positive client experience, while adhering to company policies and confidentiality policy
• Use EMR and Online systems to accurately keep client treatment information
• Participate in company events and marketing initiatives
• Actively participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiative
• Greet and communicate with guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform our customized facial treatments utilizing our techniques and skin care products
• Great sales techniques, ability to sell, upgrade services and sell home-care
• Must perform all skin care treatments within the allotted time
• Prepare, clean up and maintain treatment area
• Maintain Inventory
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Market oneself to maintain client base and create return clientele
