We are looking for Four polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionists to joining our team at Downtown, Midtown, Markham and Vaughan locations.

Position Overview

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you are the critical first impression for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our clinic. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that blends luxury hospitality, efficient administrative coordination, and sales-minded client retention. You will manage the daily flow of the clinic, build lasting relationships with our clients, and support our aesthetic providers in maintaining a seamless schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage the digital check-in process, offer refreshments, and maintain a pristine, luxury reception environment.
• Smart Scheduling: Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly to book, reschedule, and optimize complex treatment schedules for multiple practitioners.
• Sales & Check-Out: Manage our operation systems, process payments accurately; confidently introduce clinic memberships, and actively up-sell medical-grade skincare retail.
• Clinic Administration: Maintain accurate digital client profiles, manage consent forms, handle opening/closing register procedures, and monitor retail inventory shelves. Monitor, organize and forward emails
• Provider Support: Communicate seamlessly with our Nurses, Aestheticians to ensure treatments run on time and guest expectations are exceeded.
• Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and treatment rooms are tidiness and neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
• Inventory Maintenance: Count and track store inventory, prepare and submit the inventory requirement form to Headquarter on time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, medical clinic and spa reception, or a medical aesthetics environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with clinic management and booking software.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consistently warm, professional, and poised demeanor.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask efficiently, stays calm under pressure during peak hours, and executes tasks with high accuracy.
• Industry Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for skincare, beauty treatments, and helping clients' look and feel their best.

Experience

• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
• Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
• Cosmetic Clinic: 1 year (required)

Language

Professional English (required)

Mandarin and Cantonese (preferred)

Salary Range

CA$22.00 - CA$25.00 per hour, Plus Commission and Bonus
