Medical Esthetician

Magnolia Aesthetic Center is seeking a skilled, client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. If you are passionate about skin health, delivering exceptional cosmetic experiences, and helping clients look and feel their best, we want to hear from you!

Position: Medical Esthetician

Based in Kitchener, Ontario
Full-time or part-time options available

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
  • Medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling
  • LED therapy, derma-planing, HydraFacial or similar treatments
  • Laser and light-based procedures (must be certified)
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skin health, homecare routines, and product recommendations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the clinic’s EMR
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety and privacy protocols
  • Support the front-end team with client consultations and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics / Medical Esthetics from an accredited program
  • Active registration with a provincial governing body as required
  • Previous experience in a medical or clinical aesthetic setting preferred
  • Certified in advanced modalities (peels, lasers, microneedling) an asset
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
  • Commitment to maintaining clinical safety and professional standards
