The brand was recognised at the Aesthetics Awards in 2021 for Best New Clinic UK & Ireland and again at the Aesthetics Awards 2023 for Best Clinic UK & Ireland.

Who we are looking for?

With the rapidly expanding business and fast-growing customer base, we are looking for a Clinic Service Manager in los Angeles, who can deliver high-quality service, who are customer-centric and competent enough to take care of the local market and store

Job Duties:

· Demonstrate a high standard of customer service to our customers

· Team player – work collaboratively with our Aesthetic Doctors to provide our customers with professional advice and clear communication

· Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training

· Maintain accurate medical records, whether in electronic or hard copy format including scanning, in accordance with the policy

· Maintain clear and consistent documentation of all data related to patient care

· Work with the Clinic Manager and Marketing Director to develop effective marketing strategies to establish and grow brand awareness and consequently boost sales

Job Requirements:

· Great verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin is a MUST

· University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines

· Must be efficient/meticulous and have attention to details

· Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers
