Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming, professional environment where guests feel valued and cared for. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service while staying current with the latest aesthetic techniques and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote overall wellness.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant skincare products or services to enhance client results and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Manage guest services at the front desk, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare lines, beauty tools, and other aesthetic products.
  • Support the team with additional beauty services such as nail care or hair styling as needed to ensure a comprehensive guest experience.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures in a clinical or spa setting to maintain health standards.
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to boost revenue opportunities.
