About the Role

As the face and voice of Revita Skin Clinic, you will play an integral role in shaping the client experience and bringing our brand to life. This unique position combines luxury client service, front-desk coordination, and social media management.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit feels seamless, personalized, and welcoming. Alongside managing the day-to-day operations of our front desk, you will help curate our digital presence through engaging content, daily social media stories, and thoughtful content planning that reflects the Revita aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Client Experience & Concierge Services

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a polished, hospitality-driven approach.
• Create a seamless and elevated experience from check-in through check-out.
• Coordinate appointments, bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with care and attention to detail.
• Process payments and transactions accurately while maintaining an organized, beautiful, and welcoming reception area.
• Introduce clients to relevant treatments and skincare products, helping them navigate our offerings in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Support the team in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every client feels valued.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and capture engaging, high-quality social media content that reflects the Revita brand and its elevated aesthetic.
• Plan, create, and post daily Instagram Stories, showcasing clinic life, treatments, skincare, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand updates.
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive online presence.
• Coordinate the planning, filming, editing, and scheduling of social media content, including Reels, posts, and Stories.
• Stay current with beauty, skincare, aesthetics, and social media trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Capture authentic, visually appealing moments throughout the clinic while maintaining client privacy and obtaining appropriate consent.
• Help develop creative campaigns, promotions, and content ideas that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
• Monitor social media engagement and messages, ensuring timely, professional, and on-brand communication.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure our online presence reflects the same level of care, quality, and luxury as the in-clinic experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, outgoing, polished, and personable individual who loves connecting with people.
• A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, cosmetic aesthetics, and luxury client experiences.
• A creative eye and an understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and social media aesthetics.
• Experience creating social media content, particularly Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form video.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar while balancing daily clinic responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Confidence multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional presence.
• Familiarity with social media planning and editing tools, such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms, is an asset.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, retail, medical aesthetics, skincare, or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Sales experience and an interest in skincare products and cosmetic treatments are considered strong assets.
