Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nurse Injector to join our spa-like clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injectable procedures, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty and feel their best. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment with other practitioners dedicated to client satisfaction and excellence. The Nurse Injector will be responsible for delivering safe, effective injectable treatments while providing exceptional patient services.

Duties

  • Administer cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Dermal fillers, Sculptra, Belkyra with precision and safety.
  • Pre-book clients for future treatments.
  • Participating in clinic social media content (treatment videos, branding, and educational content)
  • Preferably have experience with IV Therapy and Administration.
  • Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols before, during, and after procedures to ensure client safety.
  • Provide detailed explanations of procedures, post-treatment care, and address client questions professionally.
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
  • Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and completing transactions when necessary.
  • Promote additional services or products that align with client needs to maximize satisfaction and clinic revenue.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.

Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage clients.
  • Independently driven but capable of working within a team.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and protocols relevant to medical aesthetics procedures.
  • IV Therapy administration and nutrition training
  • Experience in sales and offering treatment plans to patients
  • Background in hospitality or guest services to ensure a positive client experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a independent setting while prioritizing client safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Licensed LPN, RN, NP, or MD with a valid medical license in Alberta
  • Experience in aesthetic medicine – minimum 2 years required
  • Certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Certification in Sculptra is considered a bonus.
  • Professional, polished, and highly reliable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
