You will work under established medical directives with direct physician oversight and access to a plastic surgeon for complication management and second opinions.

What you will do

  • Perform neuromodulator, dermal filler, and biostimulator injections under medical directive, within your scope of practice
  • Complete thorough facial assessments and build individualised treatment plans that reflect what the patient actually wants
  • Deliver complementary treatments including microneedling, skin treatments, and energy-based device procedures
  • Recommend appropriate skincare and treatment series, and support patient retention through consistent follow-up and rebooking
  • Document accurately and completely in the electronic medical record, including consent, product lot numbers, and injection mapping
  • Recognise, escalate, and manage complications promptly, including vascular occlusion protocols
  • Participate in clinic content for Instagram and TikTok, including treatment demonstrations and educational segments
  • Maintain a clean, compliant, and well-stocked treatment environment
  • Work collaboratively with front desk, patient coordinators, and the medical director

  • Minimum three years of hands-on cosmetic injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Demonstrated aesthetic judgement and a natural-results approach
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and complication management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Our patients expect to feel looked after, not processed
  • Comfort discussing treatment plans and pricing, and confidence closing a recommendation without pressure
  • Willingness to appear in clinic social media content
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

Preferred

  • Nurse Practitioner designation. NP applicants will be given preference
  • Experience with neuromodulators, HA-based fillers, Sculptra, hyaluronidase, and microneedling

  • Familiarity with EMR and clinic management software

Why work here

  • High patient volume from an established brand with a strong social media presence
  • Premium product lines and modern equipment
  • Ongoing training and mentorship
  • Downtown location inside the Fairmont Royal York, steps from Union Station and the TTC
  • Commission structure that rewards clinical quality and patient retention, not upselling
